CWC MEETING AT NEW DELHI TODAY
Central Waqf Council today met at New Delhi to review the audit reports of Waqf records, assets and properties of Telengana & Maharashtra where CWC conducted extensive inspection recently. Action plan based on these audits was discussed at length. Decisions taken will be communicated to Waqf authorities of these states. Secretary of CWC Mr Shadan Zeb Khan & Development Officer Mr Khursheed Warsi in addition to all members of CWC were present.

78th Board Meeting of Central Waqf Council
16 February · During 78th
Board Meeting of Central Waqf Council held at New Delhi my resolution to extend
the working parameters of CWC to the state of J&K was unanimously passed
and the Honourable Union Minister of Minority Affairs announced that CWC will
take necessary steps to include J&K in Waqf related welfare initiatives on
the demand from the state. I am looking forward to see the positive results of
this initiative. I have already started a discussion with the concerned state
authorities regarding this very significant initiative. Thanks to Secretary CWC
Mr B M Jamal for his support.
