Meeting with Shri Arun Kumar Mishra, IAS (Secretary, Social Welfare, Government of Goa) at Pajnjim Govt Secretariat was very productive. Review of the implementation of Union Minority Affairs Ministry programmes & welfare schemes in Goa. was done during the meeting. Many suggestions were given to the Secretary for streamlining the process of reach-out of the state government to minority youth & women in the days to come. Mr Mehta presented a detailed report of the Government of Goa highlighting the accomplishments by the department for minority welfare here.
